John Hart spoke at the Pik...Wow, what a great list. John Hart spoke at the Pikes Peak writer's conference here in Colorado last spring. I think he said he wrote four or five novels before he finally wrote one good enough to get published. It was a little daunting to hear, but it was also a lesson in what perseverance can get you. His message: never give up.<br /><br />I'd only heard of a couple of these people, so thanks for introducing me to some new authors. I like a good crime novel once in awhile.Luanne G.
