Last Call

Yes, I've been remiss in my blogging duties.  This summer is kicking my $#%.  So I apologize.  The good news is that I'm actually making progress on my next book.  Like real progress.  I'm really just popping my head up from said manuscript to ask one more time that (if you have not already) you vote in the eFestival of Words Best of the Independent eBook Awards.  This is the last week for voting.  Voting closes August 23, 2013.  Finding Claire Fletcher is doing quite well in Best Heroine but it has fallen woefully behind in Best Novel.  So please, if you haven't already, please head on over there and vote for it in both categories:  Best Novel and Best Heroine.

I'd also ask that while you're there, you vote for Brevity of Roses by Linda Cassidy Lewis in Best Mainstream Fiction.

It has 48 FIVE STAR reviews on Amazon.

Here is what others are saying about Brevity:

“Told in gorgeous, poetic tones, The Brevity of Roses will take you on a journey delving into three unique characters as delicate and beautiful as a rose itself. Lewis’ rich understanding of relationships is phenomenal.” ~Michelle Davidson Argyle, author of Monarch

“Grief, discovery, anguish, pleasure, rejection, acceptance, atonement, forgiveness–the rhythmic odes of marriage, friendship, family. A fine debut novel that reaches deep into a poet’s beating heart, lays it open, vulnerable to the bitter betrayals, and the joyful loyalties, of this thing we call Love.” ~ Kathryn Magendie, author of “the Graces Sagas,” Sweetie and Petey, publishing editor of Rose & Thorn

“Ms. Lewis has provided a tender and thought-provoking look at life, chance, and love.” ~ Vivian Taylor, The Book Diva’s Reads

I've updated my instructions with visual aid, so if you're heading over to vote, here's what you need to do:
