Hookers and Hangers Bloghop: Hangers

Welcome to part 2 of the Hookers and Hangers Bloghop, hosted by the amazing writers at Falling for Fiction.

On the 16th we posted the first line of each chapter.  We're allowed to post as many as we'd like.  I did 10.

Today, we post the last line of each chapter.

That's right, today is devoted to HANGERS.  (hee hee hee)

As I said in my Hookers post, I'm using my debut novel, Finding Claire Fletcher which will be out on 12/6/12!

Chapter 1:  That when she smiles it's beautiful and not broken.

Chapter 2:  Connor tried to stay awake but soon her scent and the delicate warmth of her body lulled him into a deep, peaceful sleep.

Chapter 3:  He had christened me Lynn and I could not escape him.

Chapter 4:  "Connor--Mr. Parks, our sister disappeared ten years ago.  She's never been found."

Chapter 5:  Then I locked the door again.

Chapter 6:  "They all said they'd recently spent the night with her and that she left them this address."

Chapter 7:  I was so cold, so scared.

Chapter 8:  He dressed slowly, as carefully as he had undressed and without a word, left the room.

Chapter 9:  I dressed hastily in jeans and a sweatshirt and stomped across the road to the little house.

Chapter 10: "Because I want to see her again," he said.

  4. You're a tease, you know that? It's just plain mean to tease my memory of this fabulous book yet make me wait until December to read it again! But seriously, you are a master at getting the reader to say, "Well, I can't go to bed now. I'll just take a quick peek at the next chapter then put it down." Then of course, there's no stopping whatsoever. Prepare to stay up all night, America. There's simply no putting it down until its done. I know. I've read it already. Like three times. That's how good it is!
